convenient access to parks and attractions in bangkok
I had a lovely time strolling to Suan Pakkad Palace Museum, just a 500-meter walk away, and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere near the nearby shopping at Siam Paragon, almost 2 km from my stay, reminding me of how easy it is to explore the city on foot and soak in the local charm.

missingWrote a review on 04 Novpoor communicationoverwhelming check-in
Check-in seemed like an interview, overwhelming with info. The kitchen smell permeated our room, intolerable. Staff's communication in English was inadequate. They didn't address our issues with the TV, and the breakfast service was chaotic. I expected so much more from a 5-star hotel, but overall, it was disappointing.

Fabulous and clean brand-new hotel. Wonderfully friendly staff, free wake up service and ironing available. Neat room with nice view, magnificent location to most shopping areas. Location short walk to the restaurant with friends as well as public transport and nearby markets and shopping districts. Perfectly pleasant experience there.

We celebrated a birthday here and the staff surprised us with cute decorations and a complimentary cake! The outdoor swimming pool was perfect, and I loved the JBL speaker in the room for my music. The only downside was the room felt a bit smaller than expected, but it didn't take away from the overall fun experience 🎉
